We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative to join our team, reporting to the Director of Operations for Tidal Software.

The Technical Support Representative will provide multiple levels of value with our business. This person will primarily handle customer and partner licensing for our productions. Additionally, this person will assist with testing of updates to our Salesforce instance and may assist with configuring and administering our Salesforce instance.
