Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our high-performing team, reporting to our Vice President of Support & Services.  Our mission?  Enrich and expand our global leadership in automation.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for owning the implementation and launch lifecycle for new customers and prospects. The role is both responsive and proactive and the Customer Success Specialist will take pride in meeting and exceeding expectations.
