Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for owning the implementation and launch life-cycle for new customers and prospects. The role is both responsive and proactive and the Customer Success Specialist will take pride in meeting and exceeding expectations. This position is a part of the Tidal Support Center team and will work with pre-sales engineers and sales. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
