PARTNER REQUIREMENTS
Based on your business model, Tidal Software has a program that should allow
you achieve success in this relationship. We have divided our partners into two major categories,
channel and alliance partners with requirements defined for each business model.
PARTNER CATEGORIES
Channel partners are those that generate revenue by selling Tidal products
and services to their customers. These include VAR/Resellers, Hosting Providers such as ISP or
Managed Service Providers, and OEM/System Builders.
Alliance partners are those that sell with Tidal to deliver solutions to
customers of Tidal and/or the partner. These include System Integrators, Technology Partners
that are software (ISVs) and/or hardware vendors (IHVs), and Services/Consultant partners.

PARTNER MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Partner membership at Tidal consists of two levels: Silver and Gold. Each
of these levels ensures that both the partner and Tidal's investments and efforts are highly
leveraged. The requirements for each category can be found by clicking on the appropriate item
